Plan an Event

Our clubhouse will hold up to 80 guests.  We have counter space that is perfect for serving food and setting up roaster ovens like Nescos.   We also have a bar that serves beer and wine.   Events like anniversaries, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and meetings can all be accommodated.  Please see our forms page to download a rental agreement form and pricing page for more information.  Also check our calendar to see if another event may be already happening on the date you want.  

We can also host small private events such as bachelor parties where shooting can take place  during a time when we are not normally open.  Check our hours.  We ask that at least $150 be spent on shooting.  If not, we ask that a donation be made to reach that amount.  

Please remember that we are run by volunteers and your event will be dependent on finding someone to open for you.  This means giving us at least a two-week notice before your planned event.  During holidays and major hunting seasons, a volunteer may be difficult to find.
