Waiver

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement – Individual Acknowledgment

In consideration of the acceptance of my ability to participate in the event or events conducted under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc., I hereby release and discharge said corporation and its officers and directors from any and all liability. I assume all risk of property damage, personal injury, or death that I may suffer while engaged or participating in any and all shooting sports or any other events held under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc.

Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc. from any liability for property damage, death, or personal injury to any person caused by myself while engaged or participating in any and all shooting sports or any other events held under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc. I also understand that the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc. recommends and encourages the use of proper eye and ear protection for everyone in the shooting area.

In consideration of the acceptance of the participation of myself, my spouse/partner, and any minor children listed above in event(s) conducted under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc., I, the undersigned, hereby release and discharge said corporation, its officers, and directors from any and all liability. I assume all risk of property damage, personal injury, or death that I, my spouse/partner, or any listed minors may suffer while engaged in or participating in any and all shooting sports or other events held under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc. from any liability for property damage, personal injury, or death to any person caused by myself, my spouse/partner, or any listed minors while engaged in or participating in such activities. I also understand that the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc. requires all minors to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and requires the use of proper eye and ear protection for everyone present in the shooting area.

In consideration of the acceptance of the participation of the minor named above in event(s) conducted under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc., I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby release and discharge said corporation, its officers, and directors from any and all liability. I assume all risk of property damage, personal injury, or death that may occur to the minor while engaged in or participating in any and all shooting sports or other events held under the direction and/or control of the Minocqua Gun Club, Inc.
