Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced clay shooter, Minocqua Gun Club has something to offer you.

The Minocqua Gun Club is a not for profit, public shooting facility located in the heart of the North Woods. We have been operating as a continuous organization since 1958. Over that time, with generous donations and lots of volunteer help, we have built a beautiful new clubhouse, three trap ranges with wireless voice response systems, and a skeet range.

From our renowned youth programs, open shooting, wireless voice pulls, along with our large and inviting new clubhouse, Minocqua Gun Club has year around shooting opportunities. Come visit us and join in the fun!

Group Outings If your group is planning a visit to the Minocqua area and looking for an activity that everyone can participate in, give us a call at (715) 358-3476 for more information. We’d be glad to host your outing.

Our last Women's Learn to Shoot Clinic was July 19.    Please check back for future Learn to Shoot Clinics.  No dates have been set yet.

Our volunteers would be more than happy to provide private or small group lessons....men or women!  Just give us a call or email.   Remember, anyone under the age of 18 must have a hunter safety certificate to shoot at our range.  We will hold another hunter safety class in the spring.  Other options can be found at  http://dnr.wi.gov/education/outdoorSkills/safetyEducation.html#2                       Our junior trap program will also be held again in the spring.
